Five Yemeni soldiers were killed when unknown
gunmen opened fire on them while they were guarding a gate of an oil company in
Al-Ukla area, an area near to Attaq, the center of Shbwah province in the south
of Yemen.
According to local sources, the attack did not
aim a military site, as it was reported to the media.
The
Southern Movement accuses the Yemeni government of trying to launch similar
attacks against military sites to create fears that the south will be a den for
Al Qaeda terrorist organization in case the south gets independence.
